Chile Announces Exchange Offer for Euro-Denominated Notes

Today, the Republic of Chile ("Chile") offered €1,300,000,000 3.800% Notes due 2035 (the "New Notes") for cash (the "New Notes Offering"), and announced the commencement of an exchange offer for Euro-denominated notes (the "Invitation"), all as described below.
